"This modern blend harmoniously combines the complementary characteristics of the Tempranillo, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. An intense ruby red with violet shades, Trumpeter Reserve is balanced, full-bodied and displays great complexity. Tempranillo provides the blend with its fruits of the forest flavours and smooth tannins; Malbec gives the wine rich aromas of cassis and anise, sweet, smooth tannins and good roundness, and Cabernet Sauvignon offers notes of pepper, complex tannins, good structure and a long, firm finish ".
