"Bordeaux red colour. In nose there are red fruits and marmalade accompanied with vanilla and chocolate hints given by the contact with the oak. Also scents of black pepper which is the main characteristic of the Cabernet Sauvignon. In mouth it is a wine with impeccable balance and extremely velvety along with an intense flavor reminding all the scents captured in the nose analysis."
– Mariano Di Paola, Winemaker at Rutini Wines
