1. DELIVERY AREAS

  • Shipping within the GAM : We have our own distribution to deliver your orders in the Greater Metropolitan Area within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Shipping outside the GAM : For shipments outside the GAM, we use the most reliable parcel service in your area, with a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days depending on the location.

2. TYPES OF DELIVERY

  • Home delivery : Receive your order directly at the address you indicate when making your purchase.
  • Pickup at courier office : For deliveries outside the GAM, you can pick up your order at the courier company office closest to your location.

3. SHIPPING COST

  • Within the GAM:
    • Up to 3 items : ₡2,500
    • 4 items or more : ₡3,600

  • Outside the GAM:
    • 1 to 12 items : ₡3,600
    • 13 items or more : ₡7,000

4. HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

  • Online Store : Choose your products, add them to your cart, complete the shipping and billing information, make your payment and that's it! Learn all the details about the payment options .

5. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • For deliveries outside the GAM, the location of the parcel office closest to you will be agreed in advance. We will then send you the information of the office by email with the corresponding tracking number for collection.
