Pezat Bordeaux Superieur Tinto 2018, es un vino 85% Merlot y 15% Cabernet Franc. La idea de Pezat iniciรณ cuando a Jonathan Maltus sintiรณ de que podรญa hacer un excelente vino mรกs allรก que los aburridos Bordeaux Superieur, proveniente de un viรฑedo justo afuera de la denominaciรณn de Saint Emilion si aplicaban los estรกndares de Saint Emilion al viรฑedo y la elaboraciรณn. Para este vino se utiliza la misma bodega, equipo y mรฉtodos utilizados en los vinos de Chateau Teyssier Grand Cru. Pezat proviene de un viรฑedo llamado โ€œLa Plagnolleโ€. La densidad del viรฑedo fue duplicada y la altura de las plantas fue reducida a la mitad para enfocarse en la calidad de la fruta mรกs que en la cantidad. El viรฑedo estรก literalmente a unos pasos de Saint Emilion.
