DESCRIPCIƓN
Pezat Bordeaux Superieur Tinto 2018, es un vino 85% Merlot y 15% Cabernet Franc. La idea de Pezat iniciĆ³ cuando a Jonathan Maltus sintiĆ³ de que podĆ­a hacer un excelente vino mĆ”s allĆ” que los aburridos Bordeaux Superieur, proveniente de un viƱedo justo afuera de la denominaciĆ³n de Saint Emilion si aplicaban los estĆ”ndares de Saint Emilion al viƱedo y la elaboraciĆ³n. Para este vino se utiliza la misma bodega, equipo y mĆ©todos utilizados en los vinos de Chateau Teyssier Grand Cru. Pezat proviene de un viƱedo llamado ā€œLa Plagnolleā€. La densidad del viƱedo fue duplicada y la altura de las plantas fue reducida a la mitad para enfocarse en la calidad de la fruta mĆ”s que en la cantidad. El viƱedo estĆ” literalmente a unos pasos de Saint Emilion.
