"The grapes for this wine were carefully selected and hand-picked at peak maturity, then fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control (between 28ºC - 32ºC). After a long maceration of 25 days, the blend was decided by testing each component.

This powerful, well-structured wine has a complex nose of red fruits, plums and cherries, with tobacco and chocolate notes from the oak aging. The wine is full and fruity, with soft, sweet tannins, perfectly combining the individual qualities of each grape variety."

– Mariano Di Paola, Winemaker at Rutini Wines
