Varietal: El Vino Escondido es un vino elaborado con la variedad de uva 100% tempranillo. Tiene denominaciĆ³n de origen Ribera del Duero. Es vendimia manual seleccionada. La fermentaciĆ³n del vino es controlada por debajo de 28Ā°C.
Crianza: es de 8 meses en barrica de roble americano de grano fino. Este vino presenta un color rojo. En cuanto a los aromas, posee una nariz muy grata con notas de frutos rojos y negros, moras frambuesas y frutos del bosque. Adicionalmente tiene un toque a cedro, especias asiƔticas, incienso, un toque de aromas balsƔmicos, mineral. En boca tiene entrada suave, fresca y agradable. Paso fƔcil gracias a un tanino muy pulido y sedoso. Longitud y persistencia en el retrogusto.
