About the Estate:
The Chñ¢teau Saint Florñn, Jolivet family´s wine estate is located in the Southern east part of the Bordeaux vineyard, in the small village of Soussac. There, the Jolivets have been producing high quality wines for 4 generations. A pilgrimon his to Saint Jacques de Compostelle gave its name to the Chñ¢teau Saint Florin.
Gradually, Jolivet family modernized its techniques of production and bought new vineyards but they kept the fundamental tradition of well done work. They control the whole process of winemaking, from the grape to the bottling to ensure the best quality. They produce great Bordeaux wines, representatives of their "terroir".
