Brancaia Tre is a great introduction to Brancaia wines. It is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet. The grapes are carefully selected from three estates Brancaia (Castellina), Poppi (Radda) and Brancaia in Maremma (Morellino di Scansano). TRE is a wine full of character giving you drinking enjoyment already at young age. It had to be contacted for 18 days. It is perfect with varied pastas, white roast or sautéed meat, white poultry, fried or grilled fish.
Barbara Kronenberg (Winemaker at La Brancaia)
About Brancaia:
The Brancaia estate had a vertical take-off when its vintage 1983 won first place at a major Chianti Classico tasting. Since then, through uncompromising dedication to quality and a strong own identity, the continuous recognition of BRANCAIA was built up spearheaded by the estates top-wine Brancaia IL BLU, already being a classic for many wine lovers all over the world. On the other side, the famous Italian winemaker Carlo Ferrini consults the Brancaia wines. This way they all together achieve wines that deliver more than expected with true Tuscan character. www.brancaia.com
