Hand-picked from selected Maipo and San Rosendo grapes in Bio Bio. Fermented using the traditional method, with very little intervention.
Characteristics
A wine with a lot of dark berry and blueberry character with a hint of chocolate and wood. Full body, fine tannins and a fruity finish.
Terroir
The vineyard is located in Maipo DO. Situated offering very cold nights with significant temperature fluctuations. The terroir corresponds to alluvial soils, ancient soils, limestone and granite gravel, giving the wines minerality and soft tannins. Our San Rosendo vineyard, Bio Bio DO. is located in the coastal mountains with granitic red soils.

Cosechado a mano con uvas seleccionadas del Maipo y San Rosendo en Bio Bio. Fermentado por el método tradicional, con muy poca intervención.
Características
Vino con mucho carácter de bayas oscuras y arándanos con un toque de chocolate y madera. Cuerpo completo, finos taninos y un final frutal.
Terroir
El viñedo se encuentra en Maipo DO. Situado ofreciendo noches muy frías con fluctuaciones de temperatura significativas. El terroir corresponde a suelos aluviales, suelos antiguos, piedra caliza y grava de granito, dando a los vinos mineralidad y taninos suaves. Nuestro viñedo de San Rosendo, Bio Bio DO. está ubicado en las montañas costeras con suelos rojos graníticos.
