Light straw yellow color with delicate, antique gold and topaz tints. The aroma is rich, complex scents of apricot, peach and apple, flowers and then moves to dried fruit and the whole is underlined by a pleasant scent of vanilla and oak. On the palate it reveals itself as a Franciacorta which marries structure and elegance, complexity and finesse, depth and grace. The acidity is in perfect equilibrium and the aromas aroused by the bouquet (fruit, flowers and vanilla) are reinforced by the taste. The aromatic persistence is prolonged .
