Tempranillo provides the blend with its fruits of the forest flavours and smooth tannins; Malbec gives the wine rich aromas of cassis and anise, sweet, smooth tannins and good roundness, and Cabernet Sauvignon offers notes of pepper, complex tannins, good structure and a long, firm finish ".
